RULES FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In compliance with the Privacy Law, the Company configures or, in any case, undertakes to configure the information systems and computer programs reducing the use of personal data to a minimum in order to exclude their processing if the purposes pursued can be achieved by means of, respectively, anonymous data or appropriate methods that allow identification of the person concerned only in case of need.
In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, the Data may be accessed by categories of people in charge of the site organisation (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external subjects (such as third party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) also appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Data Controller.
