RULES FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

This information is issued pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (hereinafter, "GDPR"), as well as Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 as amended following Legislative Decree No. 101/2018, to inform the interested parties of the methods and purposes of the processing of their personal data, of which the Data Controller, indicated below, may come into possession.

Source of Personal Data

The processing is carried out using computer and/or telematic instruments, with organisational methods and logics strictly related to the purposes indicated. In compliance with the Privacy Law, the Company configures or, in any case, undertakes to configure the information systems and computer programs reducing the use of personal data to a minimum in order to exclude their processing if the purposes pursued can be achieved by means of, respectively, anonymous data or appropriate methods that allow identification of the person concerned only in case of need. 

In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, the Data may be accessed by categories of people in charge of the site organisation (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external subjects (such as third party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) also appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Data Controller. An updated list of the Data Processors can always be requested from the Data Controller.
